2. Impossible to answer a question like that.You might as well ask where is the best place in America to get a hamburger. It would depend on YOUR specific requirements. Your age, finances,what languages you speak,your physical condition,climate you would be comfortable with etc. I think if you just add some criteria to your question you will get a better answer(s).
