where can I find a Apostille to put the seal on my neccesary documents for a FM3 visa for retiring to Mexico?

It states the documents must be notarized and bear the Apostille issued by the Secretary of State where the documents were notarized. So notarized is easy but the Apostille I do not understand

1. I was able to get my FM-3 in Puebla without the apostille. They even accepted copies of documents printed from the Internet. Each state differs on what they require even though the law says you need an apostille. Check with you Secretary of State for the exact requirements for the Apostille. You may need it in other states besides Puebla. I know that they wanted it in Guanajuato. The apostille basically states that the notary is in fact a notary.
2. Hey Sara..it's me, Charlie...i dont understand your question...if you get your FM3 in the states you dont need to do any of this. Just take copies of your retirement benefit statement, bank statements, birth cert. etc. to get your /FM3. I didnt have to have anything notarized when I did it. Sounds like mybe you read some info for people wnting to get their FM3 AFTER coming to mexico. If you get it before coming , it is simple.
3. I think you must be reading from some web site that relates to applying in the US for FM3. If you are not going to move all your household goods .... it's much easier to apply for your FM3 in Mexico. You won't need any apostilled documents You enter Mexico on a tourist visa with 180 days, get settled, have rent receipts and bills .... and then go to immigration. Depending on where you are going .... there may even be people to help you thru the process.
