deaf and hard of hearing / hearing impaired jobs abroad??

I am Shrikant Garg. I am hearing impaired. My father retired since 1997. I am 25 years old. I live in India. I have done MCP/MCSE/ MCDBA /MCSA. I have not got any degrees. I have worked about 3 years experience. I will do IT Training. I am not good all india degree study. I think... I will go to study and work permit (UK, Ireland, Germany, all europe, australia, new zealand and canada. How will I get my new job in abroad? Please do let me know...
