Any online Mobile phone directories for Pattaya Thailand?

I need to get a mobile phone number or address for a particular retired English man living in Thailand. Any ideas if there's a directory on the web?

4. Hi, Perhaps you are looking for me!! I am a retired English man living in Pattaya. There is no such thing as a mobile phone directory in Thailand. Yellow Pages is pretty useless unless you are looking for a well known business or factory. Pattaya directories mainly list hotels, bars, gogo bars and massage parlours. My business is about collecting data www.bangkokcompanies.com I do have a list of about 6,000 expats living in Thailand I am not sure if I have or know the person you are looking for.
