How can I get my friend invited to visit my state?

My friend is a retired teacher,my invite is not good enough,how can I get teachers to invite her to visit,she wants to come for two weeks,she lives in Thailand and its hard to get tourist visa with out lots of invitations.She has money to come,and I have a place she can stay......Ken Thank you for the answers
