Are We going to take over Cuba once the Castro brothers retire in Palm Beach Florida?

Are we going to take over Cuba? or Is Mexico to take over Cuba? Cubans in the island prefer Mexico,and Democracy. Cubans (Gusanos) in exile prefer Bush, communism, and Blockade. What do you think ?
