is there a website to search for the best country to live in for my specific needs?

i want to retire somewhere, i just don't know where. it isn't feasible to go visit a lot of places so if there was a database or some way to narrow down my search based on my priorities, it would be really helpful.

1. I have a friend who has retired to Malta (in Europe). The reasons: Everyone speaks English there (and as his wife and himself only speak English...) The weather is beautiful (it isn't like Canada, where he's from, or New Zealand, where he checked up on, and he didn't like Australia, I don't know why.) Hospitals are of good quality there (of the standard that we're used to in developed countries). The rest of the reasons are minor compared to these 3. They felt that as they get older, they want to be able to communicate with their neighbours, they won't like the cold much (arthritis) and as they do not have children, it would be good to have hospitals conveniently located. I hope that you will find a place that you'll learn to love. Personally, I would like to move to New Zealand one day...
